Meeting agenda
6.55am - Members meet every week in the restaurant at the Holiday Inn, Sutton for a networking breakfast at 7.00am.
7.25am – Members and guests are seated in the lounge for a welcome and introduction by the Chair.
7.30am - Members first, followed by any guests, give their ‘60 Second Presentation' to encourage new business opportunities
8.00am - One member, as listed below, will give an extended 10 minute presentation about their business, experience and expertise.
8.15am - Referrals at Business over Breakfast. To help members gain new business opportunities occurring throughout each week are confirmed during a 'Referral' time. One member who gives the most referrals throughout a month will receive a worthwhile prize.
8.28am - Finally 'General notices' are announced followed by the close of the meeting at 8.30am.
If groups wish to meet during breakfast or after 8.30am they should make their own arrangements.
On the
1st Thursday = Quarterly Guest day (Feb, May, Aug, Nov), No 1 Minutes, just Small Team Meetings
2nd Thursday = A relaxed day
3rd Thursday = The Formal Day, with a 5 Minute Education Time
4th Thursday = A 1-2-1 Day
Any 5th Thursday = General Discussion & Referrals Feedback (GDRF)
